Methodology

For each project, we carried out a research using Hotjar, a survey and a benchmark. After the first release, we improved them still by using Hotjar and the data we had on Mixpanel and the Looker Studio.

The home page conversion rate rose by 0.5% in three months.

GOLD AVENUE is a Swiss fintech and e-commerce startup with the goal of making savings and investments in precious metals accessible to everyone.
With a rapidly growing community of over 100,000 users and the Best Swiss Gold Reseller award in 2021, the company develops digital tools to educate and support savers and investors across Europe, whether they start with $100 or $1 million.

1. The first goal was to redesign the header to make it more up-to-date and easier to understand by lightening the information. 2. The second goal was to highlight the e-commerce aspect of the website following a strategic change. 3. The final point was to redesign the product page so that customers directly understand that the price varies according to delivery/storage options.
